Leading the fight against dementia.

With the number of older people in the UK on the increase, dementia will become a problem for many more of us. By the year 2021, it is estimated that one million people in the UK will be affected. Regardless of this, research into Alzheimer’s disease and dementia is severely underfunded. With over 100,000 people developing dementia every year, our resources are stretched to the limit and the legacy donations we receive are vital to meet the ever increasing demands for help. Helping people with Alzheimer’s and their families cope with the problems that dementia can bring is a crucial part of our work. By remembering the Society in your Will, you will be offering a lifeline of support through our network of support services across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
Our free legacy booklet will tell you more about leaving a gift in your Will; please call 0870 011 0290 to speak to someone or email legacies@alzheimers.org.uk (please quote Law Society)
