Chailey Heritage School
Founded in 1903, Chailey Heritage School is a nationally recognised non-maintained day and residential special School and Children’s Home for young people with a wide range of complex physical, communication, sensory and learning difficulties, aged 3 to 19 years. We also have a Transition Service for young disabled adults aged 19 to 25 years.
Although funding for the day-to-day operation comes from the Local Authorities and Health Authorities from around the country, and in some cases personal budgets, it is only through the generosity of donations and legacies that we have been able to provide the very special and expensive resources, equipment and facilities that our young peoples’ physical, learning and developmental needs demand.
Over the past 100 years we have developed pioneering communication and mobility technology which enable our young people to be fully supported in their education and care. We look forward to continuing to push the boundaries of opportunity for our young people to enable them to be equipped to lead as fulfilling a life as possible.
Please consider our work with these very special young people on behalf of your clients. A legacy will help ensure that we can continue our work for the future.
