Migraine is the most prevalent neurological condition in the country. The Migraine Trust is the UK’s health and medical research charity for migraine. We are committed to supporting people living with migraine by providing them and their families with research based information. We seek to raise awareness of migraine as a serious public health problem.

The Migraine Trust funds and promotes research into migraine in order to better understand it, to improve diagnosis and treatment and ultimately to find a cure for this dreadful condition.

Since 1965 we have funded medical research projects into migraine, providing researchers and clinicians with a far greater understanding of the mechanics of this debilitating condition. Key areas of this research have included vascular studies, epidemiological studies, biochemical studies, neurological studies, diet, and genetics.
