Caffrey & Co Incorporating Khattak-Pasha & Co Ltd

On 25 April 2012, the Panel of Adjudicators Sub-Committee of the SRA resolved to intervene into the remnants of the above-named former practice of Aurang Khattak at Caffrey & Co Incorporating Khattak-Pasha & Co Ltd, formerly of 57 Yardley
Road, Acocks Green, Birmingham, B27 6LL.

The ground for intervention was that the committee was satisfied that it was necessary to exercise the powers of intervention to protect the interests of clients (or former or potential clients) of Khattak or his firm, Caffrey & Co Incorporating Khattak-Pasha & Co Ltd, or the interests of the beneficiaries of any trust of which Khattak is or was a trustee, or of which Caffrey & Co Incorporating Khattak-Pasha & Co Ltd is or was a trustee.

No intervention agent has been appointed. The SRA has collected archived files stored at an external off-site facility.
