Copy of complaint lodged with ombudsman

Am I entitled to see, or to obtain a copy of, the complaint lodged by the client with the Legal Ombudsman?
 
Anecdotally, it appears that the ombudsman is trying to implement informal conciliations as his starting point. A copy of the complaint is not therefore automatically sent to the solicitor. However, solicitors have been requesting a copy of the complaint and the ombudsman has been prepared to disclose it.
