Will I be charged for the Legal Ombudsman’s handling of complaints about my firm?

There will be no charge if the complaint is outside the Ombudsman's jurisdiction, or is dismissed or discontinued. Otherwise you may be charged £400 for the third complaint within a 12 month period.
