Sheetal Kumar is now a Dento-Legal Advisor at Dental Law Partnership. Sheetal Kumar was previously a General Dental Practitioner.

Sheetal will be based in DLP’s Elstree office and has joined the 40 strong firm to provide advice in all clinical aspects relating to cases proceedings.

Sheetal previously worked as a general dental practitioner for eight years and still practises two days a week.

Niel Jones is now Associate at Conyers Dill & Pearman Bermuda. Niel Jones was previously Associate at Conyers Dill & Pearman Moscow.

Niel joins Conyers’ Bermuda corporate department from the firm’s Moscow office, where he has been based since its launch in 2008, having previously worked in Conyers’ Bermuda office since 2005. Niel’s practice focuses on banking and finance, capital markets, aviation and M&A. His clients include banks, multinational companies and private equity groups on cross border and multi-jurisdictional transactions. Most recently, Niel led the Conyers team advising the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) on its US$4.5 billion merger with the Russian Trading System (RTS) stock exchange, which created one of the biggest exchanges in Europe. Niel holds a PgDLP (LPC) from the University of the West of England, an LLB from Durham University, and a BA from McGill University.

Commercial litigation solicitor David Gibbs has been promoted to Associate at the firm where he began his career.

Mr Gibbs, who specialises in insolvency, including bankruptcy and corporate insolvency cases, began his career with a two year training period at Birkett Long in Colchester from 2003.

Hausfeld & Co LLP is delighted to announce that it has elected Nicola Boyle to Partnership, effective as of 1st February 2012. This move follows the hire of two additional associates in September 2011 and the recent hire of mid-level associate Samuel Manok-Sanoian. Emmanuelle Behr is now partner at French law firm REDLINK.

She advises on litigation and contractual matters in the areas of business law and IT/IP. She is specialized on matters pertaining to product manufacturing and distribution, antitrust and e-commerce. She has been working in the distribution and litigation department headed by Frédéric Fournier since the founding of Redlink and earlier. Prior to joining the firm in 2007 as senior associate, Emmanuelle Behr worked in the French TV network Canal+ (2001) and later on, joined the IT and business law department of SCP DDG (2003-2007), where she focused both on advice and litigation.
