Thalis Vlachos is now senior solicitor at Russell Jones & Walker (part of Slater & Gordon Lawyers). Thalis Vlachos was previously department head at Shoosmiths.

Thalis has acted in some notable cases against major financial and global institutions and high-profile test cases including a novel race discrimination test case. Thalis has considerable experience in advising senior employees in particular in the banking and finance sectors, on executive termination agreements, breach of contract, unfair dismissal and sex discrimination.
