New partners: Michelmores

Annelie Carver is now Partner at Michelmores.
Philip Ryley is now Partner at Michelmores.

Annelie Carver works in the corporate and commercial department and is Head of the firm’s Leisure & Tourism Group.

Philip Ryley heads the Financial Services & Markets Practice at Michelmores, which specialises in trouble-shooting FSA regulatory issues that affect financial services product providers, distributors and intermediaries in their day to day business.
