Solicitor becomes partner: Clair Hemming at Tozers LLP

Clair Hemming is now Partner at Tozers LLP. Clair Hemming was previously Associate solicitor.

Clair Hemming of Tozers LLP has been promoted from Associate solicitor to Partner in the firm’s nationally recognised medical negligence team. Clair, who trained with Tozers, has specialised in medical negligence claims since qualification in 2001. Moreover, Clair is a member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Panel and handles all types of medical negligence claims. With extensive experience of acting for children in birth related injury claims, including Erb’s Palsy and cerebral palsy, Clair also has developed a particular interest in cosmetic surgery claims and claims involving spinal damage, fatal accidents, and delay in the diagnosis or treatment of cancer.
