Registered Charity No: 1134859 (England & Wales), SC039721 (Scotland).

Every 20 minutes, someone in the UK is diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS) is the only patient-led organisation in the UK that specialises in both rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA).

RA can affect people of any age, and currently 450,000 adults in the UK are living with RA and 12,000 children and young people have JIA.

Due to its targeted focus on RA and JIA, NRAS provides expert and wide-ranging services to support, educate and campaign for people living with these complex autoimmune conditions, their families and the health professionals who treat them.

Our vision is to achieve a life without limits for all those living with RA and JIA.

To provide its vital services, NRAS relies on the generosity of those who leave gifts in their Will and make donations to the charity. Remembering us in your Will or making a gift to NRAS in memory of a loved one will make a lasting difference and help improve the quality of life of those living with RA and JIA across the UK.

Did you know that 2 out of 5 calls to our Helpline would go unanswered without gifts in Wills?

If you are considering leaving a gift in your Will to NRAS, thank you. Do so safe in the knowledge that you are empowering the RA and JIA community and leaving a positive legacy.
