Employment tops list
Employment problems accounted for a fifth of enquiries made to solicitors last year, according to find-a-solicitor service Contact Law. The network received more enquiries relating to employment than any other area of the law in 2011. Family law enquiries were the second most common, accounting for 16%; wills accounted for less than 2% of calls.
