Client conflict

Thursday 21 January 2010

Shamil Purohit ( letters, 7 January) defends referral fees – which are in my view indefensible. Whether they compromise our integrity and duty to our clients is a matter for debate. But surely what cannot be defended is how parts of the profession then beguile their clients into reimbursing such fees.
