Salford proceedings
Thursday 12 July 2012 by Tom Bradley
In response to Alexandra Adam's letter, I spoke to someone at Salford Business Centre about limitation on the day that the new procedure came into force. I was advised that if you are up against limitation, then you need to prepare proceedings to issue out of the Northampton County Court in accordance with the new procedure and take the claim form to your local county court. The court will then date stamp them as having been received for limitation proposes and then forward the proceedings on to the Salford Business Centre to be issued.
