Gateley today disclosed that the date of its initial public offering will be Monday 8 June and confirmed that the share issue price will be 95p.

The number of shares issued has still to be confirmed, but the filing does reveal the firm’s post-listing management structure and senior director shareholdings.

Senior partner Michael Ward will be the quoted company’s first chief executive, while managing partner Peter Davies is named as chief operating officer and Neil Smith remains as finance director.

Nigel Payne will be non-executive chairman and there will be two non-executive directors, accountant Joanne Lake and former partner Michael Seabrook.

The partners with the biggest share of equity pre-admission are Ward, Davies and board members Brendan McGeever and London office head Paul Hayward, each with 4.29%.

Birmingham partner Callum Nuttall has 3.87%, while corporate recovery head Mark Wilson, and banking and finance head Andrew Madden each have 3.44%.

The national commercial firm announced its intention to float on AIM earlier this month, becoming the first UK law firm to float on the stock market.
