Comment

The suggestion seems to be that interpreters are paid to harvest immigration cases for certain firms. It strikes me as wrong that this should occur. You could end up with a politically motivated cabal of firms competing for this work at public expense. Would the SRA not do well to recommend random choice of solicitors firms from an approved panel? I have a feeling that this would be a healthy improvement for everyone including the British people as a whole.
