Not quite so simple guys. if you'd done your research, you'd realize that both the LSB and the Consumer Panel are creatures of statute (the Legal Services Act 2007) and there would therefore need to be an amendment to this statute for it to be abolished. You may also be interested to note that Gove is actually speaking the same language with the LSB and Consumer Panel at the moment on a number of key issues, so don't hold your breath...
