Right, well she could start by ensuring that Legal Expenses 'Insurance' Providers do just that provide the said policy to all solicitors universally to priorly follow litigation cases.

I would want to be making great endeavours to find put why they are not following the LEID 1990 and indeed, why it was ever promulgated if it wasn't supposed to be followed and adhered to.

I would also want a tribunal set up as required under that legislation, to scrutinise refusals carefully. That should take the place of the old Legal Aid Board and Area Committee.
