One can see this all ending in tears, and it is those paralegals doing all the tick box work to feel sorry for when everything inevitably hits the fan. These volume factories might seem attractive and employees may think working for a "Lawyer" brings some job security but try and get a job in a proper Solicitors at the end of it all and see how much you really learnt working in "the law" for a Company such as this (other firms do offer the same experience).
