But of course if a solicitor had delayed this long in refunding sums due to an innocent party, then they would be up before the SDT and ritual disembowelling would then be considered far too lenient.
Can someone please pass the sauce for the goose?

I still want to know what is being done to make sure that a Defendant who settled the claim gets a chance - without relying on the Claimant - to say "That's our money, we settled for a global sum which included the fee".
This really just makes a bad situation even worse, particularly given how Respondent-friendly most Employment Tribunals are!
