Anyone who thought that there might be a profit arising from the "the Jackson reforms" has been bamboozled by the hype. These reforms are simply intended to destroy the viability of bringing civil proceedings.

Not going to be a great loss to the world.

Amazes me there are still funders willing to fund these types of claim given that most will never make it to court and likely lead to no win and still buying the CMC and (mainly) ABS firms spiel of the next big thing they simply must back.

Hopefully more that go the more careful lenders will be in the future. But I guess it easy when using someone else money and can show profit (and take dividends no doubt) for a number of years before its all washed away as an illusion.

Someone is controlling this character, and this was the massive problem unleashed with the CLSA 1998. Who is behind the scene of the apparent ABS? Are they shadow ? Who are they? Clementi moves on up the pole. What needs to be done now is to reign in his damage.
