A modest amount invested by lawyers acting for their clients at an early stage, on preliminary professional property consultancy advice, can provide a sound basis on which to decide whether or not to proceed. This may not prejudice a later appointment as an Expert Witness under Pt 35 CPR.

Edward Prentice has over 45 years of practical technical experience as a General Practice Chartered Surveyor, advising a wide range of clients, from listed commercial and industrial organisations, the public sector, SME’s and individuals together with their professional advisers throughout Britain, on a wide range of standard, historical and unusual property situations, acquisitions and disposals.
