Considering the parent group is in extremely serious financial trouble the losses at CLS are probably is least of their worries. Contacts in the business are advising clients to move their accounts if they are particularly risk adverse and I am in the process of closing a smallish trust account I have there on instructions from my clients who are skittish about their prospects. Probably too big to fail but certainly in trouble - they may well be selling off assets to plug the gap and if the funeral directors goes (an obvious sell on) they will lose the free cross selling which no doubt goes on to the Co-op Legal Services. Interesting times.
