Oh Lord! Not more from that swanky building inhabited by the SRA! Ladies and Gents in the SRA (of which I see dozens each morning as I work close-by to your multi-million pound office block).......stop wasting so much money on these management speak ideas! What on earth do most of these expression mean? Consumer-facing? Director of inclusion (didn't the last Government create one of these to deal with people on the fringe of society?) Please please...........as I write this I really am wondering - do I want to continue to practice law ?
