MoJ and TLS pay attention. Allowing new firms, innovation and the evolution of new structures, is the only way to cut cost and keep on board the honest competent duty solicitors and barristers.
For years the civil service leadership has been pushing second rate intellects in to the MoJ. It's time for some quality to row back the mad micro-management and let the professionals get on with their job.
