At schools where we were refused permission to present Testaments to Year 7 Pupils, once we could seek permission from parents testaments were presented. The stumbling blocks were invariably certain teachers who were "protecting Muslim pupils and those of other faiths." They were amazed to discover those self-same parents regarded the Bible as a Holy Book, and were most supportive of their distribution. It turned out "political correct" teachers own personal secular views were the stumbling blocks.

I appreciate Charlotte Wilson's stance; but neither the judges nor she are compelled to take part. It is discretionary, upholding centuries of Christian Tradition and Christian values and standards used to be the bedrock of our society.

The problems of our society (eg greed, selfishness, lack of compassion for the poor and refugee, violence) may they not stem because of the lack of any moral code (Christian or otherwise) within our society, where self first, self last and self in-between seems to rule? Is this what secular fundamentalists want?
