If white British make up 80.6% of the population* and white (including Irish, Scots etc) make up over 90% of the population* how would the drive for corresponding ethnic representation be met by having say 30% of judges as non-white?

Are we able to argue though, without being carted off to the Tower, that we must in fact caution against over-representation being the outcome of this PC fan dancing?

This is still England is it not, and bless my buttons if it isn't made up of predominantly white people who have earned their right to be in the majority by:

1. being here in the first place
2. building the economy with the toil of their ancestors
3. paying their taxes to create the welfare state that supports ethnic minorities

and all without milking the Legal Aid budget to the cost of UK citizens who must now surrender their rights to free legal representation to redress the balance?
