Why aren't I surprised. Yet another failed project CQS being given a marketing boost under the guise of "benefits to the customer" and those not using CQS being vetted/discriminated even if they may be using software which already provides client updates. Better if they used their 'influence' to persuade the powers that be to improve the system rather than playing with repairing an already poor process. Maybe we will see adoption of this portal receiving the same excited reception as the introduction of the original PIF documents or indeed the failed HIPs process. I suggest the Law Society thinks again ,perhaps consults with the stakeholders involved and with thohose whose boots are on the ground. Will this happen. I fear not
