Three likely scenarios
1. They do it in house. It goes way over time and budget and doesn't work as has happened in most Law Soc computer systems
2 they do a deal with an outside commercial entity. Might work but will cost the user a fortune to join and will be cumbersome to use and bear little relationship to how we all work in the real world

3. It is a great success on time, within budget and makes conveyancing easier and profitable

Who wants to bet on option 3........don't all rush

Best option is to leave the system alone. It works and we tend to improve it ourselves organically, bit by bit as new technology gets accepted eg email etc.

Helping us charge a decent fee would be much more appreciated

Big Bang "improvements" usually make life worse for those of us at the sharp end
