A refinement on the model for the law firm of the future concerns staff accommodation. Ultra cheap redundant agricultural or industrial buildings are often in remote places. Staff working a hundred hours a week and being paid virtually nothing benefit from the employer providing tents or Portacabins adjacent to the place of work. The cost of these, plus food supplied as staff work, is deducted directly from pay as authorised by the contract of employment.

This model will be looked upon as a beacon of best practice, as people joke about the bad old days when lazy inefficient lawyers had offices in the High Street and didn't work on Sunday.
