The only other major legal service I know who does this is Riverview for SMEs and they seem to have been very successful through making this their raison d'etre. I had actually thought QS had disappeared I'd heard so little about them in the past year but I guess they were working on this. I've never been a fan for the same reasons as the post above - not enough substance - but if they're really focusing on improving the services provided by their members then that actually makes them much more interesting.
