Charles Vernon Hume Pitt - I would suggest that Judges can between the bogus and the genuine which is why some people are found to be fraudulent but the vast majority are not. I would also suggest that "whiplash fraud" is a myth propogated by the insurers to protect their interests - that is keeping money in their coffers and paying their shareholders and executives huge dividends / bonusses, whilst depriving innocent victims of accidents the compensation they deserve. Lets not forget that insurers are in business to make money.
