Sharon Lister of Injur

This article is spot on. However John Hyde has missed a point or two..

The big medicolegal agencies like Premex (And others) have already anticipated this and jumped on the gravy train in expectation of this move since it was rumoured to happen.
They have already collaborated with a training company to conjure up their own accreditation scheme charging experts £150 or so for the course and exam, failing a large percentage of them first time round so they have to pay again to try and pass and qualify.

Well known experts in their field have said it is the first time they have ever failed an exam in their lives such are the questions so irrelevant to a medical expert.

None of their accreditation is worth much as it does not cover the SRA OFRs which insist on client care and best interest of client.

Injur has a data base of over 10000 medical experts all who are rated continuously live in real time by our solicitor users. They are rated according to the things that matter to the client (after all it is the client who has suffered and who is at the centre of this whole process, or should be !!)

The agencies are trying to put themselves in pole position in front of the MOJ to say let us be in charge of this whole panel thing!! Yes sure....

Probably all that will happen is that the client will once again be left out of the equation and miss out on the care they deserve.

But hey ! they'll be saving a fortune on their motor insurance premiums!!!
