Its the perfect full circle. The insurance companies pay for the claims and have their own peoplke bring the claims on a factory production line. There will always be some bright bods as there are in every business but in the main there will be few free thinkers and compensation calculations will be made by computers. I expect in 10 years time, even ABS companies may be defunct and all claim handling will be undertaken by computers talking to other computers. In 20 years time cars will all be self driven by computers anyway so there will be considerably fewer accidents. Still by then we will all be making brain injury radiation claims due to smartphone use.
