Rogue solicitor: I am much the same as you. Two partners (and now no secretary to defray the cost of increased PII premiums). Sadly they will destroy you and me long before we can compete on a level playing field

The huge joke is that in the name of preotecting the consumer they will find that I have been forced out of business by the cost of compulsory PII cover (or because I can't even get it) and I, who have no assets at all, will have buggered off (NOT, I might add, with anyone else's money) and they will have to cover the cost of protecting the so called consumer! To hell with the lot of them I say. I have my exit plan all worked out now. Took me a while but that is what they drove a true professional to!
