Yes these people specialise in ugly newspeak. He argues the public want problem resolution not legal advice. The fallacy is there for anyone to see. I want problem resolution in my mouth so I go to a qualified dentist. I trust the dentist . I know he knows a lot about dentistry. I respect his knowledge . Alternatively I am sure I could find someone who isn't a dentist to pull out my teeth. That's Passmore's more access and opportunities.
