The MOJ is getting rid of DUTY SOLICITORS. The public don't care how criminal LA is structured. They do care about DUTY SOLICITORS. They equate them with GPs.

All of you GHOST DUTY SOLICITORS and the BENT FIRMS that use you. Forget applying for a contract. Under the threat of injunctions by honest firms to prevent ghost riding firms from gaining criminal contracts, the MoJ is investigating and will bar firms.

Nicholos Fluck gave me the email for the person heading up the investigation in to Ghost Duty Solicitors firms. I suggest reporting suspicious rota activity to him.

We have a clear duty to act to prevent unethical firms and their equity partners from gaining control of the criminal defence budget. Put fingers to keypad and let John Sirodcar know of any suspicious rota stuffing.

If your firm is involved report it before you find yourself before an SRA disciplinary board considering striking you off. It's what happens in other practice areas.
