Andrew Montgomery- we long ago gave up reporting duty solicitor abuse of one type or another to our local office. They do nothing, despite the fact that they can quote anecdotes back to us and so can the law society rep for the area. This has gone on for years and still the crooks in our town get away with all sorts. £5.00 in the hand to criminals, phone cards and tabs in prison, backhanders to court ushers, I could go on.
