So my previous, probably too offensive, post has been removed, so let me try again...

for...'depending on the outcome of the election'' read...'we've stuffed those big brown envelopes so full of cash and offered some proper cushty jobs for the boys they wouldn't dare not raise the limit if they win the next election'

It really does stink of backroom deals made without any concern for either injured people, claimant solicitors or for a little thing called justice...just a merry go round of total nonsense spouted by infectious, blood sucking, parasitic elite can keep up thier cosy lifestyle and every one else can go hang.
