I'm still waiting for Mr Dalton's evidence that greedy ambulance chasing lawyers are responsible for increasing the number of car accident claims (as opposed to insurers referring claims to panel solicitors firms even when the accident victim had no intention of claiming) and that accident claims have been responsible for driving up car insurance premiums (even though everyone I have spoken to reports their premiums have reduced every year for as long as they can remember).

Mind you, I have been asking for the evidence for nearly 3 years!
