Anon 08.37 Insurers contact potential whip lash claimants direct and offer them money. When solicitors are involved the fees are so low they can only do them on the factory model basis. As for the view of the Establishment, why would we be bothered. It's to our clients that we have a duty. Allowing the views of the Establishment to influence the advice we give would be the start of the slippery slope to tyranny.
