Is there anyone out there who is involved in litigation that considers the Mitchell judgment and costs budgeting are a good thing apart from Jackson, Ramsey and a few of their cronies?.Seriously I have talked to numerous lawyers acting for Claimants and Defendants and without exception they consider them to be a complete disaster from which no-one benefits and plenty suffer.I have also spoken to several DJs who are glad they are retiring so they dont have to enforce ridiculous Ct of Appeal decisions.What I find very alarming is the fact that everyone feels so helpless to be able to do anything about the issue.
