What more can I add this is madness and is completely contrary to the
overriding objectives of both CPR and the Employment Tribunals.
I was going to write to the world in any event about as number of recent cases which I have been involved in where someone has been unfairly dismissed and left without any income but possibly may have some small savings. They are then forced because they will not be eligible for help to spend in the region of £1,200 just to make an application and pursue a hearing at the Tribunals and this without representation. The employer will almost certainly be represented - there is no equal footing at all. It is an absolutely disgrace.

Can someone explain what happened to the Magna Carta and common law?
