apologies for being slightly off topic, but mitchell keeps coming up! I said the bar are enjoying Mitchell but no one else- not quite true- some of the judiciary ( brought up on quaint notions of fair play) treat what they are asked to do with distaste, but then there is the judicial apparatchik who relish the opportunity of carrying out summary executions without any chance of personal consequences!
