One difference between civil litigation and the employment tribunal is that the successful claimant in civil litigation recovers the court costs as part of the costs award, (except in small claims) but as a claimant facing a 6 day hearing against her former partnership ,before the employment tribunal, even if successful, the court costs are not recoverable.
