I note he fails to equate the increase in LIPs and the introduction of the Jackson reforms. Thank goodness we have people higher up the chain who aren't being manipulated by the politicians into not stirring up the hornets nest by being open and honest about what a load of testicles the government has made of the law, concept of access of law and justice, and the legal profession.
