if this is what the LCJ directs to LIPs then no wonder the Courts are bunged up with them. They are not otherwise required to be adversarial. We practice family Law in a more conciliatory and civilised manner nowadays- at least for the last 30 years. This is why i set up the Duty Mediator rota at Barnet CC- soon to be the Family Court at Barnet.
