Isn't it odd how the SRA comes down like a ton of bricks on minor breaches of the rules, and on those two near London Bridge who put a huge default right out of their own pockets as soon as discovered with no loss to anyone other than themselves, but don't seem much concerned by the Co-op debacle? Or is it? Would it be too distressing to their building of the ABS empire to make waves? And who insures the Co-op ABS? And are they rated? And if so by whom?
