Coop are apparently trying to compete by undercutting in some cases with fixed fees whilst trying to build market share .At what point should their continued presence in the market whilst running massive losses the rest of us could not shoulder be treated as illegal dumping of services contrary to competition law? I do not think Coop will ever get a big enough share of any part of the market to fall foul of this but it does beg the question
