I fully support the comments of Martin Coyne.

Having been accused many times of regulatory fundamentalism, the SRA now has a golden opportunity to build bridges with the profession, and prove to it that it is truly an impartial regulator.

In the absence of leadership elsewhere it is critical that leadership is now shown by the SRA, so as to dispel the unfortunate impression of regulatory cowardice
